CHRISTMAS COOKIES: Easy Slice & Bake Vegan Cookies 3 Ways

One dough - three different cookies?! No way! Who doesn't love a super easy recipe that yields three different types of cookies: Sweet and Salty Chocolate Pretzel Cookies, "Hot Cocoa with a Kick" Cookies, and Orange Cranberry Cookies.

These cookies can be easily be made gluten-free using Bob Red Mill's one-to-one gluten-free all-purpose flour in place of all-purpose flour and by using gluten-free pretzels.
