Welcome January 2022! Although we may be in the midst of yet another cold Ontario winter, root vegetables and comfort foods take on centre stage. Serve up more carrots, mushrooms, red onions, beets, garlic, leeks, and potatoes this cold January month as these vegetables are in season!
