It's always fun to watch people's faces light up when they realize that half a dang Oreo cookie is on the bottom of their cupcake!!
These cupcakes were a high school friend favourite back in the day - except back then it was vanilla box cake mix and Betty Crocker whipped frosting...oh how far we have come with baking!
