A classic family favourite in our household are these two-bite peanut butter balls. Super simple to make and can easily be made gluten-free with the swap of gluten-free Rice Krispies. Note that rice is gluten-free, however, cereal brands like Kellogg's adds barley malt extract therefore no longer making it gluten-free! Luckily, Kellogg's does have a brown rice gluten-free Rice Krispies product.
