HOLY MOLY HAPPY FALL Y'ALL!
How did we get here? I swear yesterday was August. How is October next week?!
Although I am sad to see summer go, and the days get shorter and colder (not ready for another long Canadian winter) - I am excited for all the comfort foods that Fall brings...
...like Honeycrisp apples, pumpkin pie, butternut squash soups, THANKSGIVING DINNERS AND LEFTOVERS...AND this delicious vegan pumpkin bread with "cream cheese" filling.
It has become my favourite go-to between classes, studying snack, and I am so excited to share it with you!
